Job Description – Senior Software Consultant

As a member of the T.H.G. Sales Automation consulting team, the Consultant's primary responsibility will be to satisfy clients by providing high value Customer Relationship Management “CRM” software consulting services. Client satisfaction is how we measure our success and T.H.G. consultants are expected to achieve a high level of overall client satisfaction for every engagement.

T.H.G. consultants must have excellent technical skills and capabilities combined with outstanding people skills and business knowledge.

Non-Technical Skills:
Non-technical skills are those that enable the consultant to work with client in all aspects of defining and delivering solutions and earning the role of trusted advisor. Key elements include:

Technical Skills:
Technical skills are those that enable the consultant to work within the development lifecycle to effectively design the solutions and guide the development team. Key skills include:

-Software QA
-Database Design & Development
-Iterative Software Development Process


Experience and Qualifications:

-Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience
-Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience
-Experience managing software projects and leading development teams
-Experience managing software requirements
-Experience and involvement in building business systems, preferably CRM / SFA systems
-Direct hands-on experience discovering and managing requirements
-SalesLogix and/or Microsoft CRM experience helpful
