Job Description - Account Development Representative (ADR)As a member of the T.H.G. Sales Automation team, the primary responsibility of the Account Development Representative (ADR) is to discover new CRM business opportunities for T.H.G. Sales Automation. The ADR is required to develop their own qualified prospects through targeted cold calling as well as following up on suspects that come to them through marketing programs (e.g. web hits, seminars, demos, etc.). The ADR will be involved in the creation of marketing related initiatives and will be the point person for all follow up activity. The ADR must bring your own drive, enthusiasm and commitment. Other successful traits include excellent organizational, written, and communication skills; a hunter mentality; and an aggressive and proactive work ethic. This position is not a revenue quota carrying position, but rather a lead quota carrying position. Major field of Study: Marketing, Business, or Technical.
Desired Skills: Outbound phone experience to develop new sales leads/business and a background working in the technology arena are required. Prefer CRM experience and former experience with software sales.

T.H.G. is one of Sage’s top implementers of Sage SalesLogix CRM. T.H.G. recently joined Microsoft as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner and is working to build this practice into a world-class organization. This position will be instrumental in generating leads for both software products.
